I'm a passionate product designer with a knack for making a big impact at fast-paced startups. I thrive in environments where I can wear multiple hats and contribute to the overall product vision and direction of the company.

I have an exceptional ability to understand and simplify complex problems. Each company I've worked for has come with a new niche industry to learn with very technical problems to solve.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working at a variety of exciting startups, tackling diverse challenges:

• Recruitment Software: As the first designer at a recruitment software company, I played a pivotal role in revamping a legacy platform, supporting over 40 engineers. My focus was on improving usability and streamlining workflows for a smoother user experience.
• InsurTech Innovation: At an insurtech startup, I was instrumental in designing and building out their first commercial insurance products for insurance brokers and underwriters.
• FreightTech Efficiency: My most recent role involved designing new products for a freight capacity management startup, specifically focusing on digitizing the freight tendering process.

It wasn't just about design; I witnessed the tangible impact of our work. At Corvus Insurance, the company enjoyed a successful exit, being acquired by Travelers insurance. Being a part of the growth from 14 employees to over 250 was an amazing learning experience and one that I'm hoping to find again.
